New App. Previous contact’s don’t show up

I have just been moved over to the new app. My previous contacts don't show up when searching for contacts to do an invoice. If I refresh the page it comes up with error. Suppliers are fine and the contacts on web version are fine.

    If you're not using all of them, please inactivate the ones not in use and then sync to the app again. The app will cause syncing issues for these many number of contacts.

    Can you please try deleting and reinstalling the app and check if the contacts are then synced properly?

      Thanks for the reply.

       

      I have deleted the app and have synced the contacts without success. It actually seems worse now. Any other way of resetting?

        Hi Phl 


        Can you please confirm how many contacts you have in your company file?  It has been noticed that too many cards in the company file can cause syncing issues but once we have the numbers, we'll be able to advise accordingly.

      All my contacts have disappeared from the invoice app after upgrading. Whoopee! I tried deleting and reinstalling. No change. Whoopee doo!

    Same problem here. New app is just about useless.
