Invoices App not working

The Invoices for Essentials app is not letting me log in. It asks for 4 digit passcode then it shows my business name and asks for username and password. Nothing is working. How do I reset?

Hi @ChantalD

 

Thanks for your post. I can see that you're on the latest version of Essentials, I'd recommend checking the Invoices app icon and making sure that it is this below:

Also information on this is available on our Help Article Using the MYOB invoice app

 

If it is the correct app, can you try uninstall and reinstalling the app. Can you sign in ?
