payrolls not appearing in matching window
I have a huge issue with the pays made to an employee not appearing in the bank feed area for matching. The payment made to the employee shows in the bank feed but when I click the drop down arrow to allocate it to something there are no payrolls in the matching window. Have spoken at length to MYOB regarding this issue and for some reason they are refusing to fix the issue. Can someone please advise who is the person at MYOB I can contact directly. I did reach out to our account manager but they only got someone to ring who had no experience with payroll and the issue is still not resolved. I don't want to speak again to someone in the queue overseas because I have spoke to three people already. I would like to know why MYOB are refusing to fix the payroll issue. Is it just me or are others having non matching payroll issues as well. The last person at MYOB tried to tell me to change some settings in the payroll to do with electronic payments but we don't use that feature. I tried following your example to try and get the payroll to match with the bank feeds. But it still doesn't work. I entered in a dummy bank account number in the prepare electronic payments section because I didn't want the system paying the employee again. And I put in the payment date but there are still no transactions found even though the pay transaction is in the bank feeds unallocated. Also I want to get rid of the dummy bank account I set up as a test in the prepare electronic payments section, but it doesn't show up anywhere. This is too complicated. This was a post - unhandled exception - someone made three years ago. It doesn't say what the solution was but its still occuring with version 1.8. We have had the exact same issue in that any scanned document cannot be rotated. PDF manager will rotate other pdf files as long as they have not been scanned. We get the same issue on two different pcs and using two different HP printers That thread is closed but I would like to know what the solution was. MYOB tech people have been working on this issue for nearly two weeks and still no resolution yet. I also scanned a document directly from the printer to a USB drive and copied it to the watchfolder in case there was an issue with the networth path, but still get the same issue.699Views0likes1CommentWhat is the tax manager reconciliation process in AO
Hi We are going to upgrade from accountants office - the tax part so its online and the instructions say:- - Keep your AE/AO Tax Manager data reconciliation up to date I don't do the reconciliation process myself so don't know what that instruction refers to in AO. I click on the tax icon but there is no reconciliation menu anywhere. I can click on the Tax manager under functions and when the window opens I can click the Reconciliation option under Tax manager. What date do I select? It defaults to 2020 and if I click on the Reconciled square (unreconciled square is ticked and greyed out), there is nothing in the window. If I change the date to 2019 there is only one reconciled entry. How do I know if the tax manager data reconciliation is up to date? Thanks626Views0likes1Comment
