I have been having this issue for a couple of years and it seems to be getting worse. For some reason I have some customers that do not show up on the invoice page if I do a search for them. The customer exists, but just cannot bring them up on the invoice page. They are active, I can send them invoices, they show up in reports. Just not on this page, which is how I quickly check if they have any outstanding invoices. But there is a reset button, so I pushed that and all the invoices appeared. Cheers Invoices not Showing Hi, The only invoices that are showing are the overdue ones. If I try to search for an invoice, it tells me that it cannot be found. Have already tried logging out and back in and restarting lap top, nothing is working. Please help. Have logged out, restarted lap top, logged in again. Did not use any short cut to log in. It has not fixed the issue. I am using Chrome with MYOB Business online. Any help appreciated. Recurring transaction won't save Hi, I keep getting an error message if I try and alter a recurring transaction. It tells me an amount is required. An amount where? Have never had a problem in the past.
