Customer Name not showing on Invoice Page

Hi,

 

For some reason I have some customers that do not show up on the invoice page if I do a search for them. 

This customer exists, but just cannot bring them up on this page.

I have about 4 or 5 like this now.

 

Any ideas on why this would be?

They are active, I can send them invoices, they show up in reports.

Just not on this page, which is how I quickly check if they have any outstanding invoices.

    Hi Fifitz68,

     

    If some customers are not appearing in the invoices window, it might be due to a browser issue. Try clearing your browser cache and then check again. Here are some guides on how to clear the cache for different browsers:

    If the issue persists after clearing the cache, I recommend creating a support ticket from the My Account window for further assistance.

    Hi Genreve,

     

    Clearing the Cache did not work and it seems every week there are more customers that do not show up.

      Hi Fifitz68,

       

      There must be an underlying issue with the customer names that are missing. I recommend creating a support case from the My Account window so a support agent may be able to help.
