Recurring transaction won't save

Hi,

I keep getting an error message if I try and alter a recurring transaction.

It tells me an amount is required.

An amount where?

Have never had a problem in the past.

Im having the same issue and i cant seem to get a reply on what is happening. Hopefully we can hear sooner rather than later as i cant get any weekly invoicing done without it.

      Solution found:

Open the tranaction, delete values from "No of Units" from each line item and retype them back in.

Still not great but a solution.

Only way I have found to get around this is the create a recurring from scratch. Open a second screen and copy & paste information across into a new recurring transaction.

I was unable to save from an invoice and unable to update from an already created recurring transaction, very frustrating.

Click on the sales dropdown and right click on the recurring transactions another dropdown will open and you can select 'Open link in new window'. this will open a second screen for you to copy & paste from.

        Hope this helps.
