Open several support tickets, each time, it either gets closed without resolution or they temporarily allow email sending, then the privilege is removed a few days later with again no resolve or response as to what is going on? Please, this is getting beyond a joke. 10 years between this and another company of ours and we can't even be verified to send our clients the bill... Our cashflow is suffering, and its hurting having to allocate this amount of resources in manually sending every single invoice externally. I'll gladly do whatever it is we may be missing or MYOB is unsure of, but just do something other than nothing so we can resolve this and move forward. Please...Cant believe i'm begging on a forum of a SAAS, that we pay for, just to be able to use basic functions. I mean, do I have to show up at their office in person with 100 points and our most recent statement, and pester every single dev and customer support team member just to get somewhere? Re: MYOB AccountRight Command Centre Changes After updating to this version (2025.4.1.4), outside of the questionable looking boxes and arrows in the command centre, the fonts aren't working. I have to use a DPI override because of the size monitor I use, but this setting makes the new updated fonts so tiny, I can barely see them. If I turn off the DPI override, all the characters in MYOB are 'furry' and after an hour or two, very hard to read. I tried changing the computer display settings to 125% but these settings don't affect MYOB. So my choices are tiny and squinting, or furry and blurry. This has now duplicated our records to the ATO and they sent us a letter to correct by 5 June. I called the ATO to find out what they needed us to do (not really understanding their dialogue). The ATO said we had to change our branch back to 1 and zero out the YTD figures and send a pay event to the ATO. Then change back to Branch 5. How do I do this? (I know how to change the Branches but I don't know what to do after doing that). I've read what I can find on MYOB's community but can't find anything specifically telling me how to do this. There's no errors in our payroll so I'm not trying to correct anything, I just need to close off Branch 1 and get our YTD figures over to Branch 5. Full disclosure: I might be asking the wrong question to get this info, but I don't know what to ask if I am. I just need step-by-step instructions on how to fix this. Many thanks. Solvedpayroll Hi, I'm running Account Right version 2023.11.0 build 2023.11.1.7 I just reactivated an old employee (his last pay with us was 12.2022) and while myob has allowed me to enter his timesheet, it won't allow me to pay him; his name doesn't appear in Process Payroll. In Process Payroll, *his name doesn't appear in 'Process individual employee' *his name doesn't appear in 'Process all employees paid' *his name DOES appear in 'Unprocessed Timesheet report' *I've rebooted myob. *I've deleted and re-entered his timesheet *I've checked and rechecked that I've set the correct timesheet dates. MYOB online invoices/statements vs desktop Hi I use the desktop version for day-to-day processing, but because the desktop version of 'invoices reminders' isn't working anymore, I use the online myob version to set them up. Since I set up the invoice reminders online, I also did auto statements. However, what I can't tell is what my clients are seeing. When the invoice reminders and statements are sent, is myob online using the custom templates I've created in the desktop version? Or is it using an online default template? When I look at Templates in the Sales Settings (online), it lists my custom templates but it doesn't show what's 'selected'. When I then looked at my invoices via the online portal, it didn't know what template to use and asked me to select a template. When I chose the template I use for the desktop version, it didn''t display correctly (cut off the bottom of the invoice where the Total appears). So now I'm concerned about what my clients are seeing with Invoice Reminders (both what template it's using and whether or not it's cutting off the bottom if it's using my templates). The director is diverting 1 day's net pay to the drawings account so it is a genuine payroll deduction. I did change the Linked Payable Account to the drawings account, which correctly redirects that 1 day's pay, but it's still creating an entry into the Pay Liabilities section. It's this entry I need to clear. Right now I have 2 amounts sitting in there and I have no idea how to get rid of them. They're both showing as being in the drawings account. I've now been asked to set up a weekly deduction from the owner's pay where a set amount will be directed into this 3-2000 account. Of course I set this up as a deduction and everything works fine (paygw, super, net goes to 3-2000 rather than director). Where I've come unstuck is getting this amount out of Pay Liabilities. There's nowhere for this to go from this window, but all deductions go there. How do I now clear Pay Liabilities? Every permutation I think of leaves an account unbalanced because everything is where it needs to be.
