Sales: Email - Select from different email common templates
I would like to be able to select from a number of different pre-saved email templates when sending invoices. I often re-send overdue invoices to customers as a reminder - it would be nice if I could select an 'overdue invoice' template for the email when doing so, rather than needing to re-enter the message text every time I do this. It would be great to be able to send email notifications to specified employees. You could tick a box for those that you would like to email. Make a template for the email (like invoicing) and send! This would be handy for sending out memo's such as notifying employee's that there payroll summary is completed and available for viewing, or if you wish all employee's to complete a new form, or to notify them of something. I'm working with a business that is unable to receive MYOB invoices/statements from a supplier. There was recently a problem with the businesses email service, I suspect MYOB may have blocked the email address, as MYOBs email service will have received NDR bounce back emails while the customers email service was offline. Looking at Vendor Reporting Emails bouncing - Diagnostic-Code: rejected | MYOB Community it seems Leneth_A was able to remove the address from a blacklist and/or add it to a whitelist. Can I request a DM to provide customer details/email address to investigate? It would be great to be able to email receipts to customers when you receive their payment, at the moment you can only print and I find this waists time and paper. If i ignore the error the email still sends to the client but they are unable to open the PDF attachment as it is corrupted. How can i fix this error? Hi MYOB, I'm looking for help in setting up a recurring transaction that emails itself to the client. I don't need a reminder I have the recurring transaction working OK Is this an available feature? We have intermittent issues with one supplier (our main supplier) when sending purchase orders through MYOB. Some days they go through and others they dont. We've started recieving some bounceback emails stating 'rejected' as the reason (no codes). The supplier is checking with IT, but it has been happening on and off for years, impacting our ability to order product and materials. I've tried to send a private message to sort this issue but the private message functionality on previous posts with the same issue is not working. Hi team, Re have recently been getting lots of bounced invoiced being sent from AccountRight (not via Outlook). Some return the diagnostic code of "Rejected", but today's bounce message shows: Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Mail from <198.2.137.12> was refused due to the sender IP found in ERS-DUL. For details, query the IP reputation on https://servicecentral.trendmicro.com/en-US/ers/. Can someone at MYOB get Mandrillapp to get their server/s removed from the Dial-Up List? Hi, the fact that Myobautomatically uses Default emailaccount in Outlook is totally wrong move. Lets say that we have 5 email account in OUTLOOK, default is FRED@ and the one that I need to use for Invoicing is ADMIN@. I am sending invoice via MYOB that will automatically use FRED@ in my Outlook. Does that make any sense? NO. It does not. How hard would that be to configure MYOB to be able to set whatever account in my OUTLOOK will be the MYOB account? I know that your answer is going to be this: You can set default ADMIN@ and when you use OUTLOOK without MYOB, you can choose your account FRED@ manually. This would be veryunproductive and very hard to manage. The reason why you have to make the feature ,, CHOOSE OUTLOOK EMAIL ACCOUNT,, available is that people can use appropriate outlook email account with different email signatures. 99.99% companies havemultiple emails. Dear MYOB support We've been experiencing ongoing issues of being unable to access the print/email invoices function, Accountright error message displays 'Unable to Connect' (please see my previous posts regarding same issue). We have been dealing with this same problem for MANY months, with great frustration. While the print/email invoices list is not able to be accessed we've had no choice but to painstakingly email every single invoice individually = huge waste or our staff's time. About a month or so ago though & to our immense relief & amazement, this function miraculously started working again....hallelujha!! ...& we were once again able to access the Print/Email Invoices list so we could 'select all' & bulk email all invoices for the day. SO much quicker! However & incrediblyfrustratingly,as of TODAY the Print/Email Invoices function has stopped working again. It happens regardless of which user login is used & from whichever of our offices we login from & over various internet providers - as has been the case previously. All other functions continue working. Yesterday it was working...today it is not, and we have not done anything differently. All past suggestions from MYOB support regarding this issue have not been able to fix it. Given that the function recently started working again, without us doing anything differenty, but has now stopped working again, can someone from MYOB please explain what is going on?
