MYOB Advanced is now MYOB Acumatica
I'm excited that after 10 years of partnership with Acumatica we are finally merging our communities together! MYOB exclusively partners with Acumatica to bring MYOB Acumatica to Australia and New Zealand companies, as part of this we will be merging our communities to bring them closer together. We want to encourage being able to provide yourselves and your own clients the opportunity to leverage the ability to exchange insights, harness global knowledge, and collaborate at scale with a variety of likeminded users. As a part of this we have included a post within our MYOB Community with a redirect to Acumatica Community and we have turned posting off to ensure our MYOB Users are engaging within the Acumatica Community where we hope to see all our MYOB Users benefit from the global knowledge this platform brings. As Partners, you should already have access to the Community Forum, through "The PartnerPortal" resources. This will include access toProduct Ideas, which MYOB Customerswill not have access to. Ifyou don't have accesspleasecontact yourCSM. Note, becauseyou will have access to thePortal youdon't need tocreate a new loginto the discussion forums (If you do it will cause confusion). MYOB will still be providingproduct updatesfor Partners in the MYOBPartner community. We encourage you to join and participate in the discussion boards, it’s for the whole community and a great way to brand yourselves. The forum is not for commercial use. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions. Besides answering questions, partners should not be reaching out or selling to other partners customers. If you see this activity, please report it to your CSM. To ensure MYOB Users can tell each other apart and assist one and other especially when it comes to our ANZ specific modules, it is important to utilize TAGs the wonderful Acumatica community have set up for us. Upon creating a Community post OR Product Idea as an MYOB User or Partner, please do utilize the TAGs that are relevant, You will see MYOB specific options. This way we know yourself or your Client is a MYOB user. If your Post/Idea does not relate to one of the available tags beginning with MYOB you are welcome to utilize multiple tags, that are relevant, ensure if you are an MYOB User, you are utilizing the MYOB Tag each time you post so we know which continent you are on but more importantly if the enquiry requires MYOB users only to assist as some of our modules are specific to ANZ such as our Payroll, WFM and professional services modules.NZ : Roll out of NZ tax updates

Hi Partner community, I'm implementing a new form to make it easier for partners to get Workforce Management sites working. This is slightly changing responsibility for site setup. What is an integration Route? Workforce Management integration with Acumatica needs an extra step set up if timesheets are going to be requested by Payroll. Previous process: Partner needed to contact Operations to have integration route set up for any new Workforce Management site. New Process: After completing the Payroll Preferences connection setup, consultant makes an API User in Workforce Management and sets a password on this new account. Details for integration are then provided to MYOB by filling in this form: https://forms.office.com/r/NtKcx0DW9x Please do not give this form out directly to customers Once integration route has been configured, MYOB will confirm and it should work.\ If you know the CompanyID of the WFM Company, please provide it, if not as long as we can identify clearly which Workforce Management company you're linking to we'll be fine (Make sure you give us the correct name). Passwords must never be disclosed in cleartext, always use PrivateBin to send passwords through. How do I know if I need to do this? This is required if you want to Import Timesheet information or Standard Hours information into Acumatica. If this is not set up, completed payruns from Workforce Management will not be visible in the Timesheet Batches ( MPPP7060 ) screen for import into Acumatica. How can I test if the Integration Route has been set up? You can test this by processing a timesheet into a Pay run in Workforce Management, and then Finalizing that payrun.NZ : In progress - Advanced Payroll tax changes for 24/25 tax table revision

Good afternoon Since the upgrade to version 2023.115.301.7250 [23.115.0031], multiple sites have reported an error when processing bank feed transactions on the Process Bank Transactions screen (CA306000). The error message states: "CA Error: The document could not be processed because the external reference number of the bank transaction is empty. Fill in the Ext. Ref. Nbr. box on the Import Bank Transactions (CA306500) form for the bank transaction." BUSINESS IMPACT: Unable to process transactions. WORKAROUND: Users can follow the error and adding ext nbr and then process. However this is not feasible for large amounts of transactions and shouldn’t need to based on configuration settings. Acumatica have resolved the issue in upcoming release 23.116 but we are working to see if we can provide a more feasible workaround or customisation for sites that have already upgraded to 2023.115. This is is currently with our Engineering Teams via SP CE00048321 and we will advise as soon as a solution is forthcoming.
