Unable to log in

For the past 1.5weeks I haven't been able to log in, keep getting this page msg;

 

Sorry, we weren't able to load this page

 

It was working one day and not the next.

My IT dept has looked into the issue and cannot see any issues with my computer.

I can log in from other computers but not the one I have been working on for the past year.

MYOB help line said it was environmental !!

 

Has anyone had the same problem and can help resolve it please.

    Receiving this error message can be quite frustrating. To fix it, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and history or trying to log in from a different browser or device.

    IT Dept cleared cache and history, even set up a new profile and still couldn't log in, I have even removed firewalls. 

    3 members of your live team have tried to help.

    My IT Dept thinks it 'maybe stuck in a session' and MYOB needs to clear it.

     

    I run 4 business' with different subscriptions and cannot log into any of them.

     

    I run a windows 11 laptop
