Unable to log in

Hi, Is anyone having trouble logging into Accountright  online?   I can't enter the email address.

I have tried this several times and coming up with the same result.

  • Having the same issue but realised you can still type in the email and it will be accepted.   Once you type past the text you will see part of your email.   The same for the password.

    Hi DS1975 and Avian,

     

    You can still log in by entering your details as usual, they're just not showing up at the moment. Our team is looking into it, and you can keep an eye on our status hub for updates.

    Same issue for the last couple of days.

    Just type in your email address and password, MYOB will except it !!!!

  • Yes, I just completed an update (2025.2.0) on my desktop and when i went to log back in it will not let me type my email.  Just looked on the status hub and it says they are MYOB is having an issue with the login.  I hope it gets resolved soon.
