ABA file error

Question

I have been using ABA files to process the payroll for quite some time now , but all of a surdden i have an error coming up

the fist line has no space betweent he date and the BSB number see below

1066-524 10098905 530000050000ROBERT DAVEY PAY FOR 27/05/2022633-000154203848BOB DAVEY R/E 00000000

where it used to be like this

1066-524 10098905 530000050000ROBERT DAVEY PAY FOR 6/05/2022 633-000154203848BOB DAVEY REAL E00000000

my question is how do i get the space to come back when producing the ABA file ?

Hi&nbsp;taniadavey&nbsp;Can you please attach a screenshot of the exact error you're getting? Are you getting this error while trying to upload the file to the bank? If yes, please remove any sensitive information before sharing the error screenshot.&nbsp;

There was an error in BBL128.ABA. Please fix the errors shown and re-upload.Line: 0Trace account number and APCA ID do not match any valid payment source accounts&nbsp;this is what the banks says&nbsp;

This error message generally is referring to the ABA file format does not match your bank requirements. It would be a good idea to confirm with the bank whether you are required to enter the Direct Entry/user ID, or use self balancing format as inclusion/exclusion of one of these would cause upload errors.&nbsp;
