ABA File for paying Creditors is being rejected

Why are my ABA files for paying Creditors being rejected by the bank, and yet the ABA file for paying Wages is still processing smoothly?  Is anyone else having this issue??

    Hi, KarenH3

    Thanks for your post.

As per checking, there are no incident reports where ABA files are being rejected. Were you able to contact the bank already? To see if there are any error codes that they can provide or a reason for the rejection.

Please let us know how it goes on your end.

    Best regards,

    Doreen
