Adding a replacement card in Bank Feeds

Hello

 

One of our business credit cards was hacked so we needed to replace the card. Once the new card was issued the bank feed transactions for that credit card stopped come through. I went through the bank feed process to add the new issued card. The new card now has a status of 'Bank Feed Ready' in the Manage Bank Accounts but I am unable to select the Associated Account as it is still linked/associated with the cancelled card. I cannot delete the card as it has transactions against it. Therefore bank feeds are still not coming through for the replacement card.

      There is no address in the private email to where I should be sending the details you have asked for.
