credit not adding gst
Hello as a student I have to create a credit for an invoice and have done so but it is not adding the gst amount and is not calculating the GST at 10%.
The amount in the toals should be subtotal -$906.57 Tax -90.66 total paid $997.23

You can check the GST Tax code setting to see if 10% has been entered. If the tax code is set correctly but the GST is still calculating at less than 10%, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so they can look into it. To check Tax code, go to:
- Accounting.
- Tax code, and then select GST.
- Make sure the rate is set to 10%.
