After undo the last bank reconciliation, seems nothing happened
I have an urgent issue about the bank reconciliation. The issue is for my last bank reconciliation(16/02/2022-23/02/2022), I reconciled the date incorrectly to closed it as of 23/03/2022, which should be 23/02/2022.
So I completed the Undo Reconciliation process, I suggested that I needed to reconcile them again using the previous bank statement16/02/2022-23/02/2022). But after that, all transactions for that period seems not return to an unreconciled state, because I checked the oringal invoice that I need to reconclie during 16/02/2022-23/02/2022, the status still indicated"closed", if I undo the reconciliation successfully, it should be "open" status.
And When I get back to MYOB-Banking- Reconcile Accounts, the last reconciled date is still 23/03/2022, which is the same before I undo reconciliation.
Please advise whether I have undo reconciliation successfully or not? Thanks.

It doesn't sound that you've successfully undone the bank reconciliation. The Last Reconciled date in the Reconcile Accounts window shall be updated once you completed the undo process, however, it will not change your invoice status, it does not delete any transactions so paid invoices will remain 'Closed'.
Please try undoing the bank reconciliation again following the steps in this Help article: Undoing a bank reconciliation, be sure to make a backup before proceeding.
