bank feed and reconciliations

Question

Hi all, I was looking at my bank feed and it had a lot of unallocated transactions and I accidentally hit the approved button which approved a whole lot of old bank fee transactions dating back to 2017 Help!!

They are now appearing on my Reconciliation report. I have Unapproved them but they are still showing when I go to do my reconciliation.

How do I get them off my reconciliation?

That accidental approve on a busy Bank feeds screen has pulled in old bank fee lines from 2017 and they’re still showing on your Reconciliation report even after you unapproved them. You can undo the reconciliation and see if that clear the extras. If they're still lingering after that, lodge a support request via My Account so our team can take a closer look and get it tidied up.
