Bank Feed not working
One of our NAB accounts has not updated in the bankfeed since April. I phoned myob in April and spent 3 hours on the phone talking to 3 different people who had no idea what they were talking about.
I was basically told it was the banks fault and there is nothing they can do !!
I cannot afford the time to phone again and this issue is causing a lot of problems.
How do we get problems corrected ????
