Bank Feed not working

One of our NAB accounts has not updated in the bankfeed since April.  I phoned myob in April and spent 3 hours on the phone talking to 3 different people who had no idea what they were talking about.

I was basically told it was the banks fault and there is nothing they can do !!

I cannot afford the time to phone again and this issue is causing a lot of problems.

 

How do we get problems corrected  ????

    Thank you for reaching us. We really apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware that some users have been unable to see their bank feed transactions as well as not being updated. This has now been resolved and you should be able to see those transactions now.

     

    Please let me know if you need further help.

      Unfortunately the bank feed on the Visa account is still not working.

      It says it has been updated on the current date but there are no transactions.

      It has been like this since early April.

      I would like this fixed asap as it is causing a lot of problems with expenditure on international trips.
