Hi ctcquestion,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.
We appreciate your patience in this matter. Deleting a bank feed rule should prevent that rule from being used on new transactions going forward. Although do make sure that after deleting the rule that you select the green refresh arrow (top right of the Bank Feeds window). This will ensure that the changes have been applied to that window.
If you are still encountering that situation, I would make sure that another rule is not up taking on that transaction. For example, you have another rule set up that completes the same process or a similar one.
Should you still be encountering that situation, we would need to see a screenshot/s of all the rules that are set up and the transaction that is being marked by a rule. Please note to hide any important details on the screenshot before posting it here in forum.Cheers,
Shella
Hi Shella,
I have done all suggested. Even deleted all bank feed ruling apart from bank interest allocation. Have to manually record each transactions to overwrite the issue and have since result duplications in reconcile accounts. While no duplicate/hidden transactions in bank feed. Please provide email address if need screenshot.
Hi Shella,
I am still waiting for a solution?
