Bank Feed
Hello
I paid 20 Suppliers from a BNZ Template. The Bank Feed has come through as one bulk amount. How do I pay each supplier to offset ther bulk amount?

Thanks for your post. You can create bulk payments by using the electronic clearing account and Prepare Electronic Payments window.
- go to Setup>>Linked Accounts>>Accounts & Banking and make sure the Bank Account for Electronic Payments is the Electronic Clearing Account
- in Pay Bills tick the Electronic Payment box and record the supplier payments as normal
- go to Purchases>>Prepare Electronic Payments
- change the date to the date you made the payment
- tick the applicable supplier payment transactions
- click on Process
- the Save As window opens, click Cancel. This is because you have already made the payment so you don't need to save the bank file
A transaction is automatically recorded in your software, transferring the individual transactions from the electronic clearing account to the bank account as a bulk amount. You can then match the bulk transaction with the bank feed.
If you want to make bulk payments in the future you can follow the above steps and when you get to Step 7 click on Save and save the bank file. You can then upload that bank file to your bank to be authorised and paid.
