Bank feeds after latest version Update 2026.4.1.6

That does sound a bit concerning, especially if older bank feed transactions from 2023 to 2025 have suddenly appeared after the update. From what you’ve described, I wouldn’t recommend authorising everything in one go just yet. If those feed lines are only sitting there waiting for approval, approving them can be fine if they’re already matched to the correct existing transactions, but if any of them need to be created or allocated, that’s the part that could affect prior periods. Hiding them won’t usually change your accounts by itself, but I’d suggest reviewing a few of the older entries first, especially the green ones, just to confirm whether they’re already matched or still need action.

 

If your year has been finalised and your bank rec is correct through end of March, the safest option would be:

 

• don’t bulk-authorise the old items yet
• check whether they’re duplicates or previously matched transactions
• if you’re unsure, take a backup first before making any changes
