Bank feeds not allocating payments correctly

Having issue with bank feeds not allocating correct payment totals to outstanding invoices. 

Payments and outstanding invoices match in bank feeds window but is not displaying correctly in sales register against customer. 

 

Bank feed approvals are also not updating on other system linked via cloud data file.

    Hi BGN79,

     

    It’s odd that approved bank transactions aren’t as approved in the browser. A good first step is to clear your AccountRight cache, as this can often fix odd behavior. Once that’s done, check whether the transactions are still showing as unapproved.  As for the display problem, I can’t say exactly what’s causing it without exploring further.
