Bank Feeds not updated

Seems that the Westpac bank feed is not working again. Any updates on this?

Nothing on the announcements page, or Service Indicators.

 

Last update showing as 7th May 6:11am

  • @Dooren_P, I'm pretty confident there IS an issue (that clearly MYOB are unaware of).

    We're also Westpac customers and still no bank feeds as of 3.36 pm.

    EDIT - and boom just like that they appear at 3.39 pm.

    Thank you to all moderators.

    We would just like to know if there was an issue and when the issue will be fixed and the feature is expected to be functioning again - this just gives us certainty and confidence in the software, instead of denying and saying there's no issues when clearly a lot of customers are facing issues.

    Hi @allanlamond,

     

    There are no reported issues or delays with Westpac. If anything ever does crop up though, we're quick to pop an update on the Community Forum so you and the rest our awesome customers are kept in the loop.

    Hi, I am having the exact same issue! Last updated 7.51am on 7 May.

    But myob moderators all say there are no issues and it's something wrong with my account.

    Hi Non-For-Profit,

     

    Sometimes, bank feeds can take a little longer and might not appear until the following day due to the bank's processing times. I've double-checked on our end, and there's no reported delay at Westpac from our side. If any problems do pop up, we always post updates on our Community Forum and status hub.
