Bank Feeds

Good question to ask when things suddenly go quiet. If you’re with CBA or HSBC, there’s a reported bank feed delay mentioned in the Bank Feed Update post on the Community Forum, so it’s worth keeping an eye on that thread for updates. If you’re with a different bank, try clicking Get bank transactions from your Bank Feeds window and follow this help link on missing bank feed transactions. Once that's done and still doesn’t bring anything through, it’s best to reach out to our team so they can check your feed from their side.
