bank reconciliation error

My bank reconciliations have balanced up until January 25. Then i was $345.87 out.

when i looked back on my reconciliation reports as far back as November, 24 they were all out by that amount,  but balanced  previously.

I have obviously taken something out that effects months ago.

does anyone know where i can look to find out what was taken out or i have dated somewhere in the past perhaps.
