Bank transactions not turning up on bank feed

Hi, just have a couple of transactions that are showing on my bank account for the 6th july, my bank feed in myob shows transactions from the 5th and the 8th but the 2 on the 6th have not come over.  Any ideas why that would be and what I can do.  Have clicked the get transactions button but still not there.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your bank feeds. For help, try chatting with our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website. If MOCA can't sort it out, you'll be connected to our live chat team. They can help create a request to add those missing bank feed transactions.
