Customer Direct Debits

We currently support the generation of ABA files for direct debit transactions. However, we do not support the direct upload of these files to your bank for processing direct debits. You will need to manually upload the ABA file to your bank's system to process the direct debits from customers.

I am not wanting to pay suppliers but set up an ABA file I can import into the bank for customer direct debits we want to process

Creating an ABA file in MYOB is specifically designed for processing payments to employees and suppliers. It's not possible to use this feature for setting up ABA files for customer direct debits.
