Help with missing transactions

For some reason a whole years' worth of credit card transactions have disappeared from bank transactions, they were once setup as a bank feed and it worked fine.  The card has since been closed, so am unable to setup bank feeds for aged data.  Is my only option to import bank statements?  The problem I am facing is the bank (NAB) is not able to provide in QIF format the file MYOB needs for importing.  And no "free" site allows this.  Please advise how best to proceed.  Can the credit card transactions be manually typed into MYOB?
