Text fields missing from AMEX bank feed
Hi,
We have noticed that when AMEX transactions are coming through out bank feeds, there is a 'reference' number when booking which is now coming through as '####'.
We need this reference number in order to code the transaction correctly. This started happening on Monday 15th January. I have contacted AMEX and they have advised that nothing has changed on their end and that it is a a MYOB issue. Can you please advise how i fix this back to showing the reference number? I have attached 2 images of 'before' and 'after' for your reference. Once you can see the referene number, and you can not.
