Text fields missing from AMEX bank feed

Hi, 

We have noticed that when AMEX transactions are coming through out bank feeds, there is a 'reference' number when booking which is now coming through as '####'.

We need this reference number in order to code the transaction correctly. This started happening on Monday 15th January. I have contacted AMEX and they have advised that nothing has changed on their end and that it is a a MYOB issue. Can you please advise how i fix this back to showing the reference number? I have attached 2 images of 'before' and 'after' for your reference. Once you can see the referene number, and you can not.

    Hi ATSys,

    Thank you so much for your detailed post and my apologies for the late response. 

    As I understand it, the absence of a reference number in the transaction suggests that it has not been matched yet. Additionally, could you please attempt to clear your AccountRight cache and see if it resolves the issue? Clearing the AccountRight Cache
