Dear MYOB
I am missing several transactions in two of my accounts.
In both accounts this happened at the end of May to 12th of June.
They are visible in my bank statements and match with the amount showing as out of balance. They did not come in as part of Bank Feeds.
I entered the two missing from one account using the Bank Register tool but the Bank feed is still not balanced.
Could you kindly advise me.

Thank you so much for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum! We do have a corporate department that can help us fix this issue. If you could send me a private message with your Serial Number and Company Name together with a screenshot of the bank statement.

I prepared the information you need in a pdf.
Unfortunately I cannot work out how to send you a private message.
When I hover over your name in your message, I get a popup that has a button send message (I assume this is what the Help information intends me to do).
When I click that button I get a screen which shows all the product options for MYOB but no form to create a message to you.
Can you write me directly at David.Hine at landandwater.com.au?
