Combining Customer Cards

Hi All,

We are implementing a new project management system. There are a number of customer cards which were set up for different job but are essentially the same customer.

The new project management system can't deal with duplicate cards when exporting invoices to MYOB. It seems the best way around this is to Combine cards in MYOB. 

I have read the notes and I know how to do but is there anything I need to consider when doing this? I have made a back up.

Tips or tricks would be much appreciated.
