ITEM Importing not working

Hi All,

 

I am trying to import 100s of new items. I ran into the 30 character limit problem so have once again exported the item list and reduced all item codes and descriptions down to 30 characters.

I've tried importing this new file multiple times and it is just straight up not working. 

 

Do I need to attach the error file? It says 240 items imported with warnings but they don't show up in Accountright.

    Hi Sconners 

     

    Attaching the import error file is definitely helpful in understanding the issue. Generally, if the import only has warnings, those items should already be imported into the file. It's possible that some of the items were just updated and are now inactive in the file. I recommend checking to see if the items are already in the file as inactive.
