Cannot prepare unpaid bills and unpaid invoices reports

I am unable to load Unpaid bills and Unpaid invoices report.  And so far MYOB support has been a joke

  • Hi Umag,

     

    It’s clear things haven’t felt right for you, and I want to make things work smoother for you. I’ve already run a fix on your file, so that should do the trick. Before you give the report another shot, please log out and clear your AccountRight cache. Once you’re back in, try running the report again and start with a smaller date range just to see if things are working better now.

    Thank you for that Princess.  Finally, the issue has been resolved.  I have been communicating with MYOB Support for days now.  All the back and forth and the resolutions provided were utter rubbish.

    Hi 

    This problem is back again.  I have cleared the MYOB cache, and the problem still remains.  I am noticing that this happens usually after an upgrade.

    Hi Umag,

     

    Not ideal that it's back again after upgrade, we'll get this sorted for you. The report’s timing out because it’s trying to pull too much data at once. I’ve re-run the script for your file, please try the report as it should be working now. If it happens again, you can jump on our live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA, or log a support ticket in MyAccount so we can fix it fast.

    Hi emma1,

     

    Appreciate you jumping in and letting us know you're running into the same drama with the Unpaid Bills/Invoices report not loading. We've gone ahead and run a script over your file to sort things out, so fingers crossed it's all back in action now.

     

    If it's still being a stubborn little gremlin, best bet is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount and they'll dig a bit deeper for you.
