Screen Layout

This week, we upgraded to the latest version of Account Right.

I notice that on the screen layout for Customers Cards, the OK button is not visible and its place has been taken by a button which say's online. Without the OK button, I can't make any changes to my customers card because I can't confirm with the OK button.

    Thanks for taking the time to raise this. I'd recommend double checking you're using the latest version of AccountRight to begin with, you can check this from your top taskbar by clicking on Help > About MYOB AccountRight, the latest version is 2025.4. 

    Also check your scale percentage in your PCs display settings. For the best performance, we suggest 100%-125% scale.

     

    If the issue persists, please raise a support ticket from your My Account dashboard and we can take a deeper look into it for you.
