New layout of the Invoice screen is terrible. More than half the screen is taken up with headers and banners. Dont know why anyone would think this layout is better than the old layout.
I just want to see as many invoices as possible on the one screen. The layout of the Quotes screen is so much better.

The status drop-down menu has all those options, and is also still there!
I agree! It can only display a max of 6 invoices at a time which forces so much scrolling up and down. Definitely not user friendly at all. The previous layout was much more serviceable.
Before closing the AI help tab I can see 2 invoices after closing it I can only see 3 invoices at a time and most of the screen is taken up by tabs that could be a lot smaller. For a service that's charging a premium you'd think it would show the lay out a bit better. I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned this?
This is absolute **bleep**! who is the muppets that come up with these new changes? myob is meant to be user friendly but that went about a year ago, I cant even see where you have put the invoicing and quotes!, you charge the earth for self employed people and we have to deal with wasting our time trying to work out what meathead come up with this thinking its better!, I can tell you right now its far from even being close to good.
And yet still nothing has been done about this. It is so frustrating.

MYOB, please do better.
The new invoice screen is incredibly frustrating and inefficient. Only being able to see 2–3 invoices on the screen at a time means having to constantly scroll just to find and review invoices.
For anyone who uses MYOB every day, this adds unnecessary time and makes a simple task much more cumbersome than it needs to be. The previous layout was far more practical for quickly viewing and managing invoices.
Please listen to your customers and consider improving the layout so we can see significantly more invoices on the screen at once.
Everyone, please provide feedback directly to MYOB as well. If enough customers speak up, hopefully they’ll listen and make this better.

This banner is extremely intrusive and takes up more than half of my screen: “From 1 October 2026, changes to surcharging will affect how you manage fees on invoices paid via Online Payments. Learn more about the RBA changes to surcharging.”
There is no option to close or minimise it.
now i have more than half of screen telling me things arent related to the actual business.
Its not an idea - its a criticism and a complaint about something that was added to the dashboard of a "paid for product"
The screen did not used to have advertising banners, like some sort of infomercial side show !
Please stop gaslighting us with this "idea" narrative
