Upgrade allowing staff to access payroll report
An upgrade has occured in MYOB Accountright that allows staff who only have access to Sales reports to go in the Web Browser and acces a new payroll report called Workers Compensation. I did a test run of this report and it provides the accurate payroll figures to staff - they can even choose the dates!! After over an hour on the phone to support they provided it was a 'glitch' and tried everything they could but finally said they can not help. They have acknowledged it is an error with a recent upgrade but nothing further can be done until it is 'maybe' addressed in another upgrade.
How do you all feel about your staff being able to put dates in and search payroll figures!!! Huge privacy and security issues MYOB - you need to sort this out now.
