Trouble connecting with Channel Up
We are having issues connecting our MYOB Accountright file to Channel up. When attempting to push orders from Channelup to our MYOB AccountRight, we receive an error stating hybrid layout is not enabled. I've attached the actual error received by the MYOB processor when attempting to create an invoice.
The ability to export orders with accounts as order line items will only work with company files that support the "Hybrid Layout Transactions" format. This was a feature introduced in MYOB AccountRight 2020.1, and we are using AccountRight version 2021.4, which should allow the "hybrid layout" functionality. Additionally, we have completed the steps given by MYOB to enable "hybrid layout" in our company file - however the problem still remains.
