Accountright Live Plus

After a power outage I am unable to access my data as can't enter my email address. If I do it just does not move. How can I fix this?

    Hi bjc-00,

    We are continuing efforts to resolve the display issue on the AccountRight Desktop application, that is affecting the visibility of characters entered on the login page.

    Workaround: 
     

    • Please note that logins via app.myob.com are not affected by this issue.
    • Valid credentials entered on the desktop app will work as intended despite the display issue experienced.
