AccountRight Live

has anyone experiencing problems logging into myob desktop? I spent hours and few times trying to login but can’t connect. Unfortunately there’s no more support after hours and weekends.

    Hi VP821,

     

    Sorry you’ve spent hours trying to log in. There was scheduled maintenance on AccountRight yesterday and that’s all wrapped up now. If you’re still having trouble logging in, test clearing your AccountRight cache first. If it’s still not letting you in after that, it’s worth contacting our team so they can check if there's any error coming through on your login. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
