We are using Accountright premier and have one online file. We are trying to upload a second file however are receiving the message that we need another subscription. How do we get around this? We have previously used two online files.

Thanks for posting in the forum.
If we have two subscriptions and we are using only one, we could normally reuse the other subscription for another file. I understand how this might be confusing. Generally, if we have STP active in the old file this might still consume the entitlement, may I know if you are using STP for the previous file?

Yes, the previously used 2nd file would have been using STP.
