Activation file

I need an activation file for my old account.

I have asked before and told to ask on the virtual chat.

It has told me it cannot help.

 

Can someone please help me?

 

It is now getting time critical!

    There's a self-service confirmation process for your company file. You can check this link for the complete guide. If the self-service confirmation process link will not work on your end, then I highly suggest reaching out directly to MYOB support via phone or submit a support ticket via MyAccount to get the activation file for your old account. They are equipped to help you quickly.

    The self service link does not work.

    The MOCA does not help.

    What is the phone number? Cannot find it anywhere?

     

    How do you submit a support ticket?

     

    Yes it is old software but I have paid for it. I would like to access it. I need it.

    Hi jlmotorfax,

     

    Apologies for the inconvenience. You can find the phone number through this link by clicking the support for MYOB Business (browser) and MYOB AccountRight (desktop) option at the lower part of the page. If you have access to My Account, log in at myaccount.myob.com and click Contact support. This way you can submit a support ticket to get the activation file for your account.
