Hi I am going through the process of selling my business. And currently have a cloud based MYOB Account Right software plus two STM accounts. The new owner requires access to these MYOB accounts for customer records etc. How do I give access but restrict it to customers only ( I have 12 Years of Tax records etc that I do not want the new owner to view) The business will be sold on the 1st Nov 2023

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and we appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.
Regarding your inquiry, since you will be transferring ownership, you will need the Change of Details form which I have sent you via private message with instructions. To access this, please click on your forum display picture in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then choose the envelope icon that appears.
Also, to give access to the new owner with restrictions to other information, you may create a backup of the company file and delete the file or the information that you did not want the new owner to access.
