CAN'T SIGN IN - NO ACCESS TO BAS LODGEMENT FROM DESKTOP TO BROWSER

What is happening?

 

I go to my desktop software which I am logged into, use the BAS lodgement function takes me to the browser version and I go to login, and I get "Company File Not Found".  So frustrating, we are 3 hours behind the Eastern States, but your support closes at 5pm AEST.  How am I supposed to get support with this.  What have you done?

 

Urgent response needed so I can do end of month/quarter processes.
