Company not register to the AccountRight Live account that you are currenly using

cant log on as saying my company is not registered - when i eventually got on to myob on a old file - no currently information is available

    Hi Therese11,

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

    My apologies for the late response. This message is generated because the login you're using to access the company file is not registered for that particular company file. 

    To prevent this message from appearing, follow these steps:

    1. Open the company file.
    2. Go to "Online" and select "Sign out."
    3. After signing out, log back in using your my.MYOB account details that have access to that file.

    If, after re-logging in, the company file is not listed, it suggests that the login you're using isn't registered for that file. In such cases, you would need to be added to the company file by another user who has the necessary access, as explained in our Help Article: Invite a user to an online file.
