Dictionary not working

We have recently done an update and since then our dictionary is not working

    • I have found that i am having issues with the dictionary after this last update. can you suggest some trouble shooting as it is driving me crazzzzzy.  It seems to be the purchase and sale words mainly in the data entry screens, i am using desktop version.  As that is what we like best.

  • I am also having problems since the last update, with the spell check thinking every word is spelt wrong in sales and purchases. I am also using the desktop version. I cannot add words to the dictionary, nor does ignore all work. 
    Help!
