Email address is no longer active
Hello, the email address used to log in to myob is no longer active. The company stopped trading over a year ago, but I need access to the file to update financial information. If I try to sign in with the original email address the verification code will be sent to that email account but it doesn't exist now and I can't retrieve the code. The subscription is still active as a monthly bill is issued from MYOB. Can I somehow change the linked email address if I can't access the file?? Thanks
