Getting ripped off
I am messaging this hoping MYOB will see and finally contact me, I tried to cancel my subscription 6 months ago when we sold business. MYOB keeps trying to take money which costs me $25 per time as there is no money in old business account. they also keep sending me emails saying my account has been frozen due to not paying. I got hold of someone 3 months ago and they reversed all charges and said it was dealt with. but no its still going on and now no one is coming back to emails and I cant seem to find the 0800 number I have previously called. what do I do? I have tried everything
