I know longer use one of my company files - so need that only that one off my subscription

Dear MYOB team,

 

I know longer use one of my company files - so need that only that one off my subscription. I have three comapny files, but now only need two.

 

I've tried calling the 1300 555 123 number which was recommended when I pressed cancel subscription, because clearly it wouldn't allow me to cancel that particular subscription.  I was on hold music for over 30 minutes than gave up.

 

Can you please help with this very simple request.

    Hi Jumanji 

    All cancellations are now submitted to MYOB via a case in My Account
    Please visit myaccount.myob.com 
    From there you will see the option to 'Contact support'
    Under 'What can we help you with' > please select the option 'Account and Subscription'
    Then 'Whats your issue' > please select 'Cancel my Subscription'
