Hi,
I am using AccountRight Plus, I have recently moved a company file from offline (my Desktop) to online to enable an accountant/advisor to access the online file. After doing so I signed in to MYOB no problems, then selected the company file on line, after entering my password I got a message "Something gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close". Viewed error log code : InvalidFingerprint (100014).
I have downloaded the Hotfix tool, but the .myox file is no longer in my laptop.
Could you please provide some detailed instruction on how to fix this, I am not an IT person.
