IS THERE A WAY TO PURCHASE THE SOFTWARE

I AM FED UP AT THE POOR SUPPORT BEING RECEIVBED FROM MYOB. IS THERE A WAY TO PURCHASE STANDALONE SOFTWARE THAT I CAN UTILISE ON MY OWN AND NOT HAVE TO RELY ON A SUPPORT PERSON. THIS SUBSCRIPTION BASED SYSTEM SUCKS

    Sorry to hear about your experience with our support. I can understand your frustration and need for standalone software. However, MYOB has transitioned to a subscription-based model, and we no longer sell perpetual (owned) licenses for our software.     so on a subscription based system, why are we not able to get a file containing the data for archiving purposes?

    Hi DJLProperty_Mgt,

     

    In MYOB Business, you can't manually back up a file, but don't worry! Since it's an online file, MYOB automatically backs up your data weekly and keeps it for six months. This is different from MYOB AccountRight, where you can back up your file manually.     well we require the myob business file so that we can continue having our data we paid for in the past and use it in AccountRight. we should not have to resort to looking through pdf files when we have an accounting software from myob and have been using myob all along
